none of the swfcabin uploads are working for me, but the newest one is pretty epic, only the guy looks a little awkward near the end when he stands still.

You have some great animations the RHG one was your beast for sure try too add more smoothness and try not to resize the stick man if you keep working with the brush tool. But for the begging of using flash I suggest starting with the line tool its way more easier for beginners but its only may thought like they say everyone has a style.

Yeah, the last frames ruins it. Pretty weird style, idk is it a good thing or not, but so far it looks good, so continue and make the style as yours.

If you think that you begin your business report by producing a full draft, you're wrong too and you've not been listening to anything I told you before about report writing! You see, by the time you produce your first full draft you would have completed several other steps. So how do you produce that draft?

Following the success of Disney's 1937 film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the Japanese domestic anime market faced severe pressure from foreign filmmakers. Early pioneers such as Yasuji Murata and Noburo Ofuji, whilst masters of cut out animation, found it difficult to compete against the quality of foreign imported animation. With large profits being invested in new techniques, Disney took the lead, using cell animation and introducing sound.
